issues can arise. The warranty covers your new Hiberis mattress against manufacturing defects, faulty

workmanship, and material deficiencies.

The Limited LIFETIME Warranty associated with your mattress is non-transferable. This offer is exclusively valid for

the original purchaser who acquires the mattress from the GREEN REST MATTRESS website or through an

authorized retailer. It is important to note that purchases made through Amazon or other marketplace platforms

may be subject to different or additional terms and conditions.

This Limited LIFETIME Warranty for your new mattress exclusively applies to the original purchaser named on the

invoice or purchase receipt and is non-transferable. The warranty remains valid only if the mattress is acquired for

personal consumer use. If the original purchaser sells or transfers ownership of the mattress, the limited lifetime

warranty will be considered void.

**Important Information on How to Clean Your GREEN REST Mattress:**

Green Rest strongly recommends using a 100% waterproof mattress protector starting on the first day of using

your new mattress. This will help safeguard your investment and ensure that your warranty remains valid. Certain

cleaning products can damage the fabric and internal materials of your mattress, potentially leading to mold

growth. Any of these issues could result in damage that would void your mattress warranty.

BREAK-IN ADJUSTMENT PERIOD

It is essential to understand that over the years, your old mattress has likely deteriorated, creating a depression

where you sleep, and may have affected your spine's alignment. A new mattress, on the other hand, can help

restore your spine to the proper position. However, the adjustment period for a new mattress can vary significantly

from person to person, taking anywhere from a few days to several weeks. Your body will need time and patience

to adapt to the new mattress, and it may not feel fully comfortable until the materials have softened and settled.

The materials in your new mattress are designed to be strong, flexible, and in some cases, rigid. This gives the

mattress an elastic feel while providing excellent back support. Think of it like a new pair of shoes: they may feel

uncomfortable at first, but they will become flexible and mold to your feet with use. Similarly, your new mattress

may not feel comfortable right away, but it will adjust to your body over time.

We recommend sleeping on your new Green Rest® mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adapt

during this transition period. While it may be inconvenient if you want to enjoy your new mattress immediately, it’s

essential not to judge it based on just a few nights of sleep. Although some users may not notice a significant

difference, others may take weeks or even months to feel entirely comfortable in their new bed.

ROTATING YOUR MATTRESS

Rotating your mattress is essential for your comfort and can help prolong its lifespan. The Green Rest® mattress is

designed to adapt to your body's contours during the first few weeks without sagging.

To prevent excessive body impressions, please follow these rotation guidelines:

- Rotate your new mattress after the first month of use (30 days).

- Rotate it again after three (3) months of use.

- Continue this rotation cycle every three (3) months.

TRANSPORTATION AND SHIPMENT

GREEN REST MATTRESS® has partnered with FedEx and UPS to ensure the secure delivery of your mattress. Your mattress

will be delivered to your front door or another designated location that you regularly use for receiving packages. Your

order will be shipped via ground transportation, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking

number the next business day after your order is placed.

Each Green Rest mattress is carefully handcrafted to order by our skilled team of professionals and shipped directly from

our factory located in the beautiful state of Florida, USA.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions: Improper environmental conditions, Blood or bodily fluids,

Other fluids or stains, Soiling, Folds, Unsanitary conditions, Torn areas, Footprints, Spotted or splotchy surfaces,

Smudges, Fluid penetration, Scratches, Tears, Burns, Cuts, Evidence of rodent or insect damage, Infestation, Smoke odor,

Signs of jumping on the bed, Damage from weather or sun exposure, Unknown dirt origins or nature.

Any of the above conditions may result in damage that will invalidate your warranty.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOUR NEW MATTRESS IS NOT FIRE-PROOF.

Your new mattress complies with fire safety standards set by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission when

used independently or with a foundation specified on the federal law tag attached to the mattress. Compared to

older mattresses, your new mattress will, if ignited, burn more slowly and less intensely, providing you with more

time to escape from the room where you were sleeping.

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE:

- **DO NOT smoke in bed, as it is a common cause of fatal fires.

- **DO keep matches and lighters out of the reach of children.

- **DO NOT use candles on or around your bed.

- **DO keep space heaters away from your bed and other flammable items.

- **DO NOT run electrical cords under your mattress or trap them against a wall.

- **DO NOT place lamps where they could fall onto the bed.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable. It applies exclusively to your new Green Rest® mattress and

covers manufacturing defects, faulty workmanship, and material defects. The warranty begins on the original

delivery date of your mattress and is only valid for the original purchaser listed on the invoice or purchase receipt.

This warranty is designed for personal consumer use and not for resale.

In issuing a return or replacement of the mattress, the buyer must present the original invoice or purchase receipt

to determine the purchase date, price, and original model name. Your name must appear as the original purchaser.

To be eligible for this warranty, you must be the original purchaser of the Green Rest® mattress or an authorized

dealer, and your name must be on the invoice or purchase receipt.

* This Limited Lifetime Warranty is only valid under the following circumstances:

1. Warranty coverage begins on the original delivery date of the repaired or replaced mattress.

2. The law tag must remain attached to your mattress; this tag is essential for validating the warranty as it

identifies your mattress.

3. If a replacement is necessary, it will be another mattress of the same size and model as the originally

purchased one, except in cases where the model has been discontinued. If identical materials are not available

for repair or replacement, the manufacturer reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality.

However, the replacement mattress will still be of the same quality and size as the original mattress purchased.

4. Any implied warranties related to this product will not exceed the duration of this Limited Lifetime Warranty.

5. The manufacturer reserves the right to either repair or replace the mattress if it is proven to be defective

due to regular use, manufacturing issues, or faulty craftsmanship.

6. Please note that this Limited Lifetime Warranty will not be renewed or extended if your mattress is repaired

or replaced under this warranty.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING ITEMS DURING NORMAL WEAR:

● This Limited LIFETIME Warranty covers any physical flaw in the memory or polyurethane foam that

causes it to split or crack in the cell structure under normal usage conditions and proper handling.

● This Limited LIFETIME Warranty covers any deterioration that may cause the mattress to have a visible

indentation greater than 1.5” ( one inch and a half) that is not associated with an indentation or sag resulting

from the use of an improper or unsupportive bed frame, box springs, foundations, adjustable base, or flat

platform.

● A sturdy foundation must consistently support the mattress's weight while people sleep on it to maintain

the warranty's validity.

● The indentation must be visible to the naked eye when no weight is applied to the top of the mattress.

We reserve the right to require the buyer to provide proof of the quality of the foundation, box spring, or

base used.

● A proper bed frame must provide sturdy support for the mattress and foundation, include center

support, and have at least six (6) legs for Queen, King, and Cal king and four (4) legs for Twin and Full

mattresses.

● Failure to have a proper foundation, bed frame, box spring, flat platform, or adjustable base to support

the weight of the mattress and its user may invalidate the Limited LIFETIME Warranty.

● The outer mattress fabric cover is warranted for one (1) year.

● Any manufacturing defect in the mattress cover, such as fabric tearing or stitching unraveling and

cosmetic damage, affects the mattress's performance.

Green Rest® Mattress reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this Limited LIFETIME Warranty upon

inspection if the mattress is found to be in an unsanitary condition or when product failure is due to causes other

than defective material or workmanship.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty DOES NOT cover the following conditions:

● Comfort preference.

● Normal changes in the softness of the pressure-relieving materials (such as latex foam, memory foam, or

polyurethane foam) over time do not affect the mattress's pressure-relieving qualities.

● Mattress handles are not covered, as they are intended only for positioning the mattress or box spring

and are not designed to support the total weight of the mattress.

● Bed height.

● The mattress does not have a law tag.

● Damage to the mattress or foundation caused by misuse or abuse.

● Mattresses that are not rotated as required.

● Body impressions in the mattress that are less than 1.5 inches and not associated with a sagging

foundation must be visible to the naked eye when no weight is applied to the mattress. If an indentation

is found to be caused by misuse, abuse, or other factors unrelated to a product defect, this warranty will

not cover that condition.

● Changes in the firmness preference of the product.

● Damage to the zippered mattress cover due to improper care, flaws in the zipper or seams, or tearing of

the fabric, including the removal of the cover.

● Bedding used in hotels, motels, or institutional facilities.

● Bedding sold "as is," floor samples, or products purchased from secondhand parties, non-retail

establishments, or received as promotional items.

● Compatibility with specific bed sheet sizes; Hiberis Sleep® does not guarantee that its mattresses will fit

all types of bed sheets.

● Damage caused by using an incorrect bed frame or by inappropriate foundations.

● Physical abuse or damage to the mattress or box spring structure or fabric cover, including but not

limited to burns, cuts, tears, stains, spots, or fluid penetration.

● Matching the mattress fabric covers with the box spring fabric covers.

● Any damage resulting from using an inappropriate or incorrect bed frame, box spring, foundation,

adjustable base, or flat platform that does not support the weight of the mattress and its user. The

mattress must be supported by box springs, foundations, adjustable bases, flat platforms, or bed frames

with center support. Queen, King, and Cal-king mattresses require at least six legs, while Twin and Full

mattresses require at least four legs.

● Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper environmental conditions.

● Any items that have been laundered and mattresses without law tags.

● Specially customized products, including custom designs, sizes, shapes, or colors, are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to, mattresses, sheets, blankets, pillows, mattress protectors,

power/adjustable bases, and other accessories.

Green Rest Mattress® reserves the right to refuse service and void the Limited LIFETIME Warranty if the product is

found to be in unsanitary conditions upon inspection. This includes, but is not limited to, the following issues:

items that have been laundered, improper environmental conditions, blood or bodily fluids, stains, soiling, torn or

worn areas, smudges, fluid penetration, scratches, tears, burns, cuts, rodent or insect damage, smoke odors, signs

of jumping on the bed, weather damage, sun exposure, unknown dirt or liquid penetration, or any other abuse

that is not due to defective materials or workmanship. Any of these conditions may result in damage to the

mattress that could invalidate your warranty.

All products must be returned in suitable packaging, along with a copy of the invoice or purchase receipt. "Your returned

mattress must be fully functional and free from any physical damage.

All returns are limited to one (1) mattress per consumer, household, and/or home address. . Additionally, please

note that the Limited Lifetime Warranty will not be renewed or extended following any mattress repair or

replacement.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:

The customer is responsible for all packing and transportation costs, as well as inspection fees and removal costs related

to the repair or replacement of the product, if applicable.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

All products must be returned in appropriate packaging with a copy of the original invoice or purchase receipt. You

will be responsible for the packing cost. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation, inspection, and removal

costs related to the repaired or replaced mattress.

**HOW THE LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY OPERATES**

A limited lifetime warranty means you can sleep peacefully knowing that your new Green rest® mattress is

warranted against any manufacturing defects caused by faulty workmanship or material defects.

Warranty Terms:

- This warranty is valid for the entire lifespan of the mattress.

- Warranty coverage is limited to personal consumer use.

- The warranty becomes void if the original purchaser sells or transfers ownership of the mattress.

Repair and Replacement Terms:

- Years 1-3: Vast Mattress will provide repairs and replacements at no cost to the buyer, subject to warranty

eligibility.

- Years 4-8: Repairs and replacements will be conducted at 50% of the prevailing retail price on the repair or

replacement service date.

- Years 9-15: Repairs and replacements will be available at 65% of the prevailing retail price on the repair or

replacement service date.

- After Year 16: Repairs and replacements will be offered at 85% of the prevailing retail price on the repair or

replacement service date.

Important Notes:

Purchases made through Amazon or other marketplace platforms may be subject to different or additional terms

and conditions. The purchaser is responsible for all transportation, costs related to the repaired or replaced

mattress.

RIGHTS UNDER STATE LAW

Please take note of the following terms:

THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. HOWEVER, YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS,

WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE BASED ON EACH STATE'S LAWS. IN SOME STATES, THERE ARE NO LIMITATIONS ON HOW

LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE LIMITATION MENTIONED ABOVE MIGHT NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED

LIFETIME WARRANTY IS APPLICABLE ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER FROM GREEN REST MATTRESS® OR ITS AUTHORIZED

DEALERS. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. NO

WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, APPLY TO THOSE WHO PURCHASE THE PRODUCT FROM ANY SOURCE OTHER THAN

THE VAST MATTRESS OR ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS.

For the health and safety of those handling the mattress for disposal, Green Rest reserves the right to refuse

inspection or warranty assessment if there is evidence of damage, abuse, or neglect.

MAKING A CLAIM

To make a valid claim under this Limited Lifetime Warranty, you must contact our customer service at

support@greenrestmattress.com. Please include a brief description of the defect and how it affects the mattress's

performance. Additionally, you need to provide proof of purchase that shows the date of purchase and confirms

that you are the original purchaser who still owns the mattress.

• Provide photographic of the law tag, evidencing that the law tag remains on the bed and not been altered.

• Please attach photos of the defect to help us better understand the issue, along with all requested

documentation sent to support@greenrestmattress.com.

We may request additional photographs or information and may send a representative to inspect the mattress at

your expense before accepting your claim. Your warranty may be void if you do not cooperate with our

investigation or comply with the warranty provisions.

GOVERNING LAW: The laws of Orange County, State of Florida, will govern this limited Mattress Warranty.
