How Long Does Home Delivery Take

GREEN REST MATTRESS® has partnered with FedEx and UPS to ensure the secure delivery of your mattress.

Your mattress will be delivered to your front door or another designated location that you regularly use for

receiving packages. Your order will be shipped via ground transportation, and you will receive a shipping

confirmation email with your tracking number the next business day after your order is placed.

Each Green Rest mattress is carefully handcrafted to order by our skilled team of professionals and shipped

directly from our factory located in the beautiful state of Florida, USA.

The GREEN REST® Mattress is shipped compressed, rolled, and packaged in a bed-in-a-box style. To prevent

structural or condensation damage from prolonged packaging, it is essential to unbox your new mattress

within four (4) weeks of delivery.

Furthermore, to qualify for the 100-night trial, the Comfort Exchange & Return Policy, and the Warranty, you

must open your new mattress immediately after receiving it.

DOES THE GREEN REST® MATTRESS NEED TO BE ROTATED?

Rotating your mattress is essential for your comfort and can help prolong its lifespan. The Green Rest®

mattress is designed to adapt to your body's contours during the first few weeks without sagging.

To prevent excessive body impressions, please follow these rotation guidelines:

- Rotate your new mattress after the first month of use (30 days).

- Rotate it again after three (3) months of use.

- Continue this rotation cycle every three (3) months.

DOES THE GREEN REST® MATTRESS NEED A BOX SPRING OR FOUNDATION?

Some individuals prefer to place their mattresses directly on the floor or a flat foundation platform, and this

choice is entirely a matter of personal preference.

However, Green Rest® mattresses are heavy, and we recommend using a proper platform bed, a wooden box

spring with a sturdy bed frame, or a foundation that offers solid support for the mattress.

For Queen, King, and California King mattresses, the bed frame system should have a minimum of six legs.

Inadequate support for your mattress may void your 100 Nights of Trial and the mattress warranty.

UNBOXING AND SETTING UP YOUR NEW GREEN REST® MATTRESS

The Green Rest® mattress is made from high-quality heavy materials. Some models are equipped

with a heavy pocket-coil system and 100% natural latex foam. However, due to its weight, moving

the Green Rest® box alone may cause back injuries. We strongly advise against lifting the Green

Rest® box without assistance.

Here's a step-by-step guide for setup:

Step 1: Carry your new mattress to the desired room with help.

Step 2: Carefully open the mattress box. “Avoid using a knife or sharp object, as this may

unintentionally cut the mattress inside the box. Once opened, slide the mattress out of

the box.

Step 3: Place the new mattress over your bed while it is still rolled up and wrapped in

the plastic film. Then, use the "V-Knife" provided by Green Rest® to carefully and slowly

cut through the wrapping film. Once the plastic film is removed, the mattress will begin

expanding immediately. It is crucial to ensure the mattress is in the correct position

before cutting the outside plastic, as it may become difficult to move after it starts

expanding.

* Your new mattress will fully inflate within minutes to hours, allowing you to enjoy it

immediately for a restful night’s sleep.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY GREEN REST® MATTRESS?

Green Rest strongly recommends using a 100% waterproof mattress protector starting on the first day of

using your new mattress. This will help safeguard your investment and ensure that your warranty remains

valid. Certain cleaning products can damage the fabric and internal materials of your mattress, potentially

leading to mold growth. Any of these issues could result in damage that would void your mattress warranty.

HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER OR RETURN MY MATTRESS?

If you’ve changed your mind or made an error during checkout, you can cancel your mattress order within 24

hours of purchase on our website. After this period, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.

To initiate a return, please wait at least 30 nights from the delivery date and provide proof of regular use.

This waiting period allows your body to adjust to the new mattress.
