Our mattresses are designed to provide a comfortable, healthy, and long-lasting night's sleep.
At Green Rest®, each customer is treated as part of our family, and we make sure our family gets
well-deserved, healthy sleep every night.
Thank you for choosing our product. We take pride in offering you a risk-free 100 Nights Trial for the
risk-free Comfort Exchange & Return Policy to protect your investment.
Please note that only one mattress can be returned per household and home address, and returns are
only valid for the original purchase. We encourage you to carefully read the terms and conditions of
this exchange and refund policy.
Please note that customized products, including custom designs, colors, sizes, shapes, or fabrics, are
non-refundable and cannot be canceled or exchanged once they have been ordered.
Keep your proof of purchase safe, as it's required for warranty validation. The 100 Nights Trial Comfort
Exchange and Return Policy covers manufacturing defects and offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty, valid
only for the original purchaser for personal use. Key details include:

The GREEN REST® Mattress is shipped compressed, rolled, and packaged in a bed-in-a-box style. To
prevent structural or condensation damage from prolonged packaging, it is essential to unbox your new
mattress within four (4) weeks of delivery.
Furthermore, to qualify for the 100-night trial, the Comfort Exchange & Return Policy, and the
Warranty, you must open your new mattress immediately after receiving it.
To be eligible for Green Rest's warranty and 100-night trial policy, you must be the original purchaser
with your name on the invoice. Key points include:
- Purchases from third-party marketplaces may have different terms
- Warranty and trial policy only apply to products sold in the US
- Returns must be made from within the US
- A two-week period to allow your body to adjust to the new mattress before initiating a return or
exchange.
- To start a claim, wait at least 30 nights after delivery and provide proof of regular use
BREAK-IN ADJUSTMENT PERIOD
It is essential to understand that over the years, your old mattress has likely deteriorated, creating a
depression where you sleep, and may have affected your spine's alignment. A new mattress, on the
other hand, can help restore your spine to the proper position. However, the adjustment period for a
new mattress can vary significantly from person to person, taking anywhere from a few days to several
weeks. Your body will need time and patience to adapt to the new mattress, and it may not feel fully
comfortable until the materials have softened and settled.
The materials in your new mattress are designed to be strong, flexible, and in some cases, rigid. This
gives the mattress an elastic feel while providing excellent back support. Think of it like a new pair of
shoes: they may feel uncomfortable at first, but they will become flexible and mold to your feet with
use. Similarly, your new mattress may not feel comfortable right away, but it will adjust to your body
over time.
We recommend sleeping on your new Green Rest® mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to
adapt during this transition period. While it may be inconvenient if you want to enjoy your new
mattress immediately, it’s essential not to judge it based on just a few nights of sleep. Although some
users may not notice a significant difference, others may take weeks or even months to feel entirely
comfortable in their new bed.
CLAIM:
We understand the importance of finding the right mattress for you. That’s why we offer a Comfort
Exchange & Return Policy. From the day you start your exchange or return claim, we will work with you
to ensure you find the comfort you deserve throughout the entire 100-night trial period.
If, by the end of the 100-night trial, you are still unsatisfied with the product, please contact us at
support@greenrestmattress.com.
Please note that you will be responsible for the packing and shipping costs, and the product must be
shipped to GREEN REST MATTRESS LLC at 3750 West Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL 32808.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER 100 NIGHTS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
The customer is responsible for all packing and transportation costs, as well as inspection fees and
removal costs related to the repair or replacement of the product, if applicable.
All products must be returned in suitable packaging, along with a copy of the invoice or purchase
receipt. "Your returned mattress must be fully functional and free from any physical damage."
Refunds: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and inform you if it does not qualify
for a refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (or
the credit card used for the purchase). Depending on your card issuer's policies, you can expect to
receive your refund within 7 to 14 business days. If you have any questions about returning your

Green Rest Mattress® cannot provide a warranty or process exchanges, returns, or refunds for a
mattress or any accessories if there is evidence of damage, physical abuse, or neglect.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following conditions: Improper environmental conditions, Blood
or bodily fluids, Other fluids or stains, Soiling, Folds, Unsanitary conditions, Torn areas, Footprints,
Spotted or splotchy surfaces, Smudges, Fluid penetration, Scratches, Tears, Burns, Cuts, Evidence of
rodent or insect damage, Infestation, Smoke odor, Signs of jumping on the bed, Damage from weather
or sun exposure, Unknown dirt origins or nature.
Any of the above conditions may result in damage that will invalidate your warranty.
RIGHTS UNDER STATE LAW
THIS EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. HOWEVER, YOU MAY ALSO
HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, DEPENDING ON EACH STATE’S LAWS. THIS
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY IS EXTENDED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER FROM GREEN REST®
OR ITS AUTHORIZED DEALERS. THE DURATION OF ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL NOT
EXCEED THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW
LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS. SO, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
For the health and safety of those who handle the mattress for disposal, Vast Mattress® may refuse to
inspect the mattress or assess whether it is covered by the warranty if there is found evidence of an
unsanitary condition; this may include but is not limited to the damage, abuse, neglect, blood or bodily
fluid stains, soiling of unknown origin or nature, liquid penetration or other abuse.
MAKING A CLAIM
TO MAKE A VALID CLAIM UNDER THIS RETURN/REFUND POLICY
The customer must make a valid claim under this Return/Refund Policy by contacting our customer
service at support@greenrestmattress.com. You must include a brief narrative describing the defect
and its impact on the mattress’s performance. You also must provide valid proof demonstrating the
date of purchase and that the claimant is the original purchaser and still possesses the mattress.
● Provide photographic evidence of the law tag, evidencing that the law tag remains on the bed
and has not been altered.
● Provide sufficient photos of the defect if you believe it would help us understand its nature or
upon Green Rest Mattress’s request.
● Please send all requested documentation to support@greenrestmattress.com.
You are responsible for submitting your claim with sufficient supporting documentation.
IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, Green Rest® reserves the right to require more photographs, further
information, or descriptions, or to send a representative or independent mattress inspector to
physically inspect the mattress at your cost before accepting your claim under this Exchange & Return
Policy. Vast mattress® may void your Exchange & Return Policy if you refuse to cooperate with our
investigation, respond to our requests adequately, or comply with any provision of this Exchange &
Return Policy.
GOVERNING LAW
Orange County laws and the State of Florida will govern this Exchange & Return Policy.
