Return/Refund Policy

Here at Green Rest, you are more than a customer; you are part of our family, and we ensure that our

family gets the well-deserved care.

Our top priority is ensuring you get the best sleep possible every night.

You can sleep peacefully knowing that your new Green Rest® is protected against manufacturing

defects resulting from faulty workmanship or material defects.

We strongly believe in the superior quality, design, and craftsmanship of our product, but we also

understand that sometimes things can go wrong. Therefore, we offer a return and refund policy to

protect your investment and best interests.

BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS:

You may cancel your purchase provided within 24 hours of the purchase date.

If you’ve changed your mind or made an error during checkout, you can cancel your mattress order

within 24 hours of purchase on our website. After this period, a 15% cancellation fee will apply.

RETURN ORDER:

The Return and Refund Policy allows customers to easily return a mattress if they are not satisfied with

its comfort level. Please note that you must be the original purchaser of Green Rest® or an authorized

dealer, and your name must appear on the invoice or purchase receipt. This policy is valid only for the

original buyer who purchased the product for personal use and not for resale. All returns are limited to

one (1) mattress per consumer, household, and/or home address. Purchases made from Amazon or

other marketplaces, including retailers, may be subject to different or additional terms and conditions.

To initiate a return, you need to wait at least 2 weeks from the delivery date and provide proof of

regular use. This waiting period allows your body to adjust to the new mattress.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:

The purchaser shall be responsible for the packing cost, transportation, and inspection fees

(if applicable), and removal costs for the returned mattress. Please ensure the products are returned in

appropriate and secure packaging, along with a copy of the invoice.

REFUNDS:

We will begin the refund process once we receive and inspect the returned product. If the item is

eligible for a refund, we will approve it and notify you accordingly. The refund will be credited back to

your original payment method within 7 to 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies. If the item

does not meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, we will inform you of this as well.

Please note that Green Rest® may require an additional form of identification to verify that you are the

original purchaser. You will be refunded the amount you paid for your new mattress including

transportation cost, minus any discounts.
