100 Nights Trial – Comfort Exchange & Return Policy

We proudly offer a 100 Nights Trial on all mattresses purchased directly from Green Rest. This trial period allows you to experience the comfort and support of your Green Rest mattress in your home. The 100 Nights Trial begins on the day your mattress is delivered.

  • Break-In Adjustment Period: We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust, as it can take time to fully experience the benefits of our orthopedic support.
  • Eligibility: After the initial 30-night adjustment period, if you are not satisfied with your mattress, you may be eligible for a comfort exchange or return. This policy is only available for the original purchaser and only applies to the first purchase per household.

To initiate an exchange or return, contact us at support@greenrestmattress.com with your purchase details. Please note that custom mattresses, including non-standard sizes and designs, are non-refundable.

Return Process & Customer Responsibility

  • Packing & Shipping: Customers are responsible for any packing and shipping costs associated with returning the mattress. Products must be shipped in appropriate packaging to prevent damage.
  • Return Location: Returns should be sent to Green Rest Mattress, 3750 West Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL 32808.
  • Final Evaluation: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned mattress, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued within 7-14 days via your original payment method.

Limited Warranty

Each Green Rest mattress comes with a warranty that covers manufacturing defects, faulty craftsmanship, and material issues from the date of delivery.

  • Coverage: This limited warranty covers the original purchaser only and is not transferable. Claims must be supported by proof of purchase, including your name, date of purchase, and original model name.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, physical abuse, neglect, improper support, or exposure to environmental conditions (e.g., water damage, excessive humidity, etc.). It also excludes issues related to comfort preference changes over time.
  • International Purchases: Our warranty and exchange policies apply only within the United States.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders are finalized, and we cannot accommodate cancellations.
